Returns & Refunds
If you have an issue with any of our products, please reach out to us at yougotoutfished@gmail.com. We’re not around all the time but we’ll do our upmost to get back to you and sort things out as quickly as we can.
We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked for UK ONLY. Please give us up to 7 working days to process and ship your order, and then another 7 working days for delivery. We ask that you wait 14 working days from placing your order before contacting us about any delays.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
